Schedule of Condition Survey

A schedule of condition survey is a report that checks the condition and decorative order of the property against the inventory at the beginning and end of a tenancy.  This is often important in helping to resolve issues which may arise relating to the rental deposit.

At Morgan Ritchie we provide a detailed schedule of condition, listing any defects, including any potential defects which is particularly important if the survey is being undertaken prior to signing the lease.  It is also recommended that you ensure you understand who is liable on making good any defects or potential defects, as many commercial property leases require the tenant to undertake this work at their own expense.
