Before you sign that contract and move in, we provide a pre-tenancy inspection service and a pre-purchase inspection service.
Pre-Tenancy Inspection
Undertaken completely on your behalf, we will inspect the premises against a comprehensive list of areas which may affect your enjoyment of your new home. This can include maintenance of appliances including their certification, utilities checks (compliance), any risk areas /hazards and examination of the terms of the lease.
Pre-Purchase Inspection
Similar to the pre-tenancy inspection, we can provide a comprehensive inspection on your behalf prior to purchase.
